Excellent job done by Nick, Gunner and Devon on installing the plates to correct the foundation walls. These guys were very professional, explained everything they were going to do and then just got to it. My sales guy although knowledgeable said they would take two days and these guys were done before 4 pm the first day! I would hire them back any day

Great Company and awesome guys working on my house. Josh A, Robert P and Justin S did a great job stabilizing my home foundation. They were very knowledgeable, kind and some of the hardest working men I have seen in a long while. Keep up the great work. They gave me peace of mind that all was going to be great once they were finished.

Innovative Basement Authority evaluated my situation quickly and thoroughly. They let me know what my options were and were honest about what they would do if they were in my situation. Gunnar R and Jack P completed the project quickly and very professionally. They explained everything to me before the project and showed me what they did afterward. I am very happy with the results and I am confident in their work. Thanks Gunnar and Jack!

Went with this local waterproofing service after a friend recomended them, and I have to say it worked out pretty well. The crew showed up on time and walked me thru what they were doing, which helped me feel more relaxed about the whole thing. Basement used to get a little damp after heavy rain, but since they finished the job it’s been dry and doesn’t have that musty smell anymore. Price felt fair for the work, and everyone was friendly enough. Not overly fancy, just solid work, I’d definately use them again if I needed it.

Zach, Jerry, Rich, and Dema (not sure on spelling) just finished installing replacement egress Windows and new window wells at our home in NW MN. They finished the job in one day, were courteous, and answered any questions we had. They explained how everything tied into our drain tile, and their attention to clean up and detail was awesome. This is the 2nd time we have used Innovative Basement for house projects and we would recommend to anyone looking for help with their basement or foundation. Thanks Zach and crew!!
