Dustin Latterell was amazing- one of the most courteous and thorough experts I’ve had in my home. He went way above and beyond- took time to share his expertise and make sure I clearly understood the state of my existing system but also everything about the rest of my home- he took careful measurements and was able to put together drawings and specifications while still on site. He took extra care to sit down with me and run through everything he did and all of the recommendations based on the inspection. We talked about what projects that could be advantageous to do now and others that could be done later. Very informative and no-pressure conversation. I know a lot more about my house and garage and the current state of the foundation, and he was able to take a look at my deck and propose a couple quick and easy options that would prevent further sinking without ripping out the deck or yard or a bunch of construction. I genuinely felt like he was treating my house like it was his own- an exceptional level of care. It’s people like Dustin that really make the difference when choosing who to trust with this kind of work. 11 out of 10. Real pros

On time, courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, they kept me informed from start to finish! The three of them have a terrific camaraderie, and work well together. They had to break up the floor, so I didn't even notice they cleaned up so efficiently!! I would recommend the Rush City Office employees to anyone needing basement renewal!! I recently had Ground Work’s complete basement, waterproofing services in my home, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was absolutely outstanding. Gunner, Jose, Ezra, and Nick were extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I felt confident in the work being done. They were respectful of my home, kept the workspace clean, and were always friendly and professional. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. What impressed me the most was how detail oriented they were. They made sure everything was done correctly and didn’t cut any corners. Basement waterproofing is such an important investment, and having a team that truly cares about doing the job right gave me so much peace of mind. On 12/4/25 the Rush City crew was out for 2 days to remove pavers & a ramp from the garage then dig up floor to make a trench to install anchors to the back of the brick wall which was bowed. Each of the crew (Austin F., Andrew W., RJ, Brandon & Dakota) was friendly & the foreman gave us constant updates on arrival times, access to garage, etc. We would highly recommend them for future projects.

Went with this local waterproofing service after a friend recomended them, and I have to say it worked out pretty well. The crew showed up on time and walked me thru what they were doing, which helped me feel more relaxed about the whole thing. Basement used to get a little damp after heavy rain, but since they finished the job it’s been dry and doesn’t have that musty smell anymore. Price felt fair for the work, and everyone was friendly enough. Not overly fancy, just solid work, I’d definately use them again if I needed it.

Groundworks did an outstanding job leveling and sealing the cracks in my sidewalk and driveway. Greg P. and Brandon S. were professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. We had a great experience with the inspector, Kevin Pucel, from Groundworks. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was inspecting. He answered all of my questions clearly and honestly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. His attention to detail and willingness to educate me about my foundation issues really stood out. We engaged groundworks to install hydraulic piers under cracked and sagging garage floors. Our terrific install team of Marc and Brandon performed a detailed analysis after they arrived, including drilling and measuring our slab depths along the sinking wall. They determined that unfortunately our slab itself was variable in depth and not thick enough throughout to support the work of hydraulic piers. Instead they were able do foam injections throughout to both give 30-50% of the targeted lift and provide additional slab depth and support to prevent future cracking. It wasn't what we hoped, but they did a great job of explaining the limitations of our site and providing the best intervention possible, all at a greatly reduced cost! Thanks, Marc and Brandon!!
