Many thanks to my work crew Austin T., Noah B. and Caitlin H. for a recent foundation project. Unfortunately, previous fixes to my foundation had not been 100% successful and needed much more to stop it from continuing to crack. There aren’t a lot of companies who can do this type of work. I’ve used them now 3 times over a 7 year period and hopefully don’t ever have to call again. In a good way. This way my house remains a viable residence and I don’t have to live in my car behind it. Thanks once again for the work and making this possible. Great crew, fast and efficient work considering the complexity of the project.

The installers Isaiah McKeown and Chris Popouich, called us the day before and the day of the installation to let us know their arrival time. We walked through the project site and reviewed the contract. They answered all questions we had. As they installed the product, they were very careful and protect our property. After the completion of the project, they cleaned up and walked us through the project site. Both Isaiah and Chris were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this company and this crew to anyone. Thanks again for the outstanding job.

They also insulated our crawl space which will keep our kitchen and dining room floors warmer this winter. They were very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. I’m very pleased with Innovative Basement Authority and the employees. Our house is well over 100 years old and has needed the foundation stabilized. It was time for the yearly inspection and Jake Kinsella called to schedule. He also let me know on the day that they were coming. Jake Kinsella and Joe Carpenter thoroughly checked the placement of all supports and to see if there were more issues needing attention. They noticed the sump pump was due for replacement and recommended an upgrade to one with battery backup. That day, the sump pump system installation was scheduled. Brandon, Anthony, and Shane came to install the sump pump. They had contacted earlier to let me know when they would be here, so which I really appreciated. The old pump was removed and the new, state of the art sump pump system was installed in the larger hole that was made and it was cemented in. They had prepped the area to avoid an unnecessary mess and cleaned the area afterward. I appreciate how well IBA and employees communicate timely and appropriately. They explain in detail what they do and answer all questions. I have a great sense of peace of the mind knowing the basement is stable, safe, and will be protected from flooding

We had a that was cracked and shifting. Groundworks came and installed braces to stabilize the wall. The crew that show up were Josh W., Chris S. and Robert P. They were amazing. The work was done in one day. I wish every crew I’ve had was a great as these guys. If you have foundation problems or basement issues, I highly recommend Groundworks.
