Many thanks to my work crew Austin T., Noah B. and Caitlin H. for a recent foundation project. Unfortunately, previous fixes to my foundation had not been 100% successful and needed much more to stop it from continuing to crack. There aren’t a lot of companies who can do this type of work. I’ve used them now 3 times over a 7 year period and hopefully don’t ever have to call again. In a good way. This way my house remains a viable residence and I don’t have to live in my car behind it. Thanks once again for the work and making this possible. Great crew, fast and efficient work considering the complexity of the project.

Ian S. and Skylar S. just finished up the project in my garage. They did an excellent job, communication throughout the work was awesome and they left the space cleaner than what it looked like before they arrived. All around a great experience and glad I went with Groundworks for this repair. I hope my home doesnt need any other work done, but if my home decides otherwise, I will be reaching out to Groundworks again for assistance.

Ben and Andrew from Innovative Basement out of Rush City, MN did a fantastic job of leveling our concrete sidewalks and driveway around our home! Very friendly, courteous and cleaned up after the work that they did. We are extremely happy with the way everything looks and the job that was done! We had a great experience with the inspector, Kevin Pucel, from Groundworks. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was inspecting. He answered all of my questions clearly and honestly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. His attention to detail and willingness to educate me about my foundation issues really stood out. We had our garage floor leveled and cracks filled and a basement wall waterproofed (gutter system with pump and wall seal) in Minneapolis in 2024. Both projects were done by people who take pride in their work and strive for the best outcome. Our garage floor was in sad shape, and Andrew spent extra time to get it as level as could be and filled the many cracks thoroughly. One side of the garage went up 4 inches to make it level again. As for our basement, Jeremiah T, Dion R, and Jaden R did a great job installing the gutter system under the floor with the pump, drainage, and wall seal membrane that went with it.

The team that worked on our basement were awesome!! The job was scheduled for 4 day but they got it done in 2! The quality of work looks excellent. They left the work site neat and tidy! They always had a smile on their faces even when the work was grueling! They deserved every chocolate chip cookie I gave them! Thank you Austin, Jason, and Noah!!!

Andrew and Ben came out to my place to fill in below the concrete in my garage. They communicated when they were coming and then introduced themselves as soon as they arrived. They asked if I had any questions before starting their work. They ended up doing a little then originally planned at no cost because they could tell one side of the garage had more settling under the concrete. They cleaned up the area before leaving.
