The two guys who came out today, Ben Cook and Travis, were awesome. They were efficient and thorough, keeping us informed all the way and answering my husband's numerous questions. Our steps were raised eight inches in one area! This will be the first winter we will not have to cling to the rail due to ice and a huge slope. They even removed and replaced a pot that I had forgotten to move.

He did inform me of items that might help our heating costs and health concerns so we are glad he made suggestions and looking into these.
