They even found a broken outflow pipe under the concrete that had rotted away, and while that was another expensive fix – it was a GREAT catch by their team!

Anthony B. was incredible! He was instrumental in getting my basement repaired and safe for my family. He came to my home and spent a much time as I needed explaining the entire process, options, financing and follow-up maintenance. Then a team (Josh A., Jason C., and Blake C.) showed up to compete the work. They were respectful of my home and my time. They completed the work (installation of Intellibraces along two basement walls) in less than two days. My basement was left in great shape. They have me peace of mind that my home is now more stable and my family is more safe. I look forward to them returning to tighten the braces to further secure my walls. I would recommend this company and this team in particular and would be happy to hire them for future projects.

Taking on a big project like I had was nerve-racking to think about, but you all put me at ease. Many thanks to my work crew Austin T., Noah B. and Caitlin H. for a recent foundation project. Unfortunately, previous fixes to my foundation had not been 100% successful and needed much more to stop it from continuing to crack. There aren’t a lot of companies who can do this type of work. I’ve used them now 3 times over a 7 year period and hopefully don’t ever have to call again. In a good way. This way my house remains a viable residence and I don’t have to live in my car behind it. Thanks once again for the work and making this possible. Great crew, fast and efficient work considering the complexity of the project.

My foundation was separating in my garage. I called Innovative Basement Authority out of Rush City, Minnesota. The salesman, Logan was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating. The work was scheduled and the crew came right on time. The crew was very friendly and professional. They worked hard and completed the work in good time, leaving everything in great shape. The final bill was even less than the estimate! I had a very good experience with this company from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a basement or foundation repair.
