The whole process was quick and easy. From the estimate to the end walk through. The technicians were in constant contact and easy to get a hold of if I needed to. They sent updates and pictures and explained everything in a way I could understand. They started on a Monday and finished on a Thursday. Even with some tight spaces they made the crawlspace look amazing and exceeded my expectations. The crawlspace is large, and made the house smell very musty and you could tell there was moisture in the air. They installed jacks and steel beams under the floor joists, before every movement made upstairs you could feel in another room. Now that the project is finished you can't smell anything and the floors don't shake. Would highly recommend if you have a musty crawlspace.

We had Dion Rozumny, Nick Bartone, and Nick Schmid out to fix pillars that were sinking into the clay soil, and they did an excellent job. We were very happy with the entire project and appreciated everyone’s attention to detail from start to finish. Thanks as well to Logan Jacovetti for answering our questions during the estimating process. This was our second project with Groundworks, and we’ve had a great experience both times.

Dustin Gaudette came today to do our first year maintenance check on our sump pump system and he did an excellent job! He is very personable and kind. Enjoyed talking with him very much. He found an issue with our sump pump caused by a tree in our yard and helped us resolve the problem and fixed the sump pump. We would highly recommend him and this company. Spent their time cleaning up and mopping, and took care to cover anything they could in plastic to keep dust off everything. This was my second wall to get fixed up by Groundworks and will definitely schedule again when it's time to get the other two walls done

We had a great experience with the inspector, Kevin Pucel, from Groundworks. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was inspecting. He answered all of my questions clearly and honestly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. His attention to detail and willingness to educate me about my foundation issues really stood out. Jacob Kinsella Just completed my annual check on my sump pump and discharge system that was installed by groundwork’s. I cannot say enough, good about how thorough and professional he conducts The inspection. He gave me information straightforward and was more than willing to follow up with any concerns I might have. He even made certain I was able to contact him if I had any concerns. In a time it is challenging to find trustworthy and professional staff, Jacob’s reliability and trustworthiness was greatly appreciated. He has completed this inspection for the last three years and I continue to be impressed!
