Spent their time cleaning up and mopping, and took care to cover anything they could in plastic to keep dust off everything. This was my second wall to get fixed up by Groundworks and will definitely schedule again when it's time to get the other two walls done

Impeccable service. The original representative who came out and gave us a quote was on time, Informative, educational and very helpful. The crew that came today to do the work arrived at the exact time they estimated. They completed the work in 2 1/2 hours and that included an add-on. They were efficient made minimum mess and cleaned up after themselves. Brandon and Mark were my crew. I would highly recommend them in the future. Mark particularly had a solution to raising the stoop, which was not something in the original quote that was added. We are very appreciative, recommend this service, particularly these two workers, and would use this company again!

I enjoyed working with Patrick and then Isaiah McKeonn and Chris Popovich. They did great work. The concreate was leveled so precisely that I can now role over the transition from the driveway to the garage with my manual wheelchair which I could not do before. I’m very pleased with Innovative Basement Authority and the employees. Our house is well over 100 years old and has needed the foundation stabilized. It was time for the yearly inspection and Jake Kinsella called to schedule. He also let me know on the day that they were coming. Jake Kinsella and Joe Carpenter thoroughly checked the placement of all supports and to see if there were more issues needing attention. They noticed the sump pump was due for replacement and recommended an upgrade to one with battery backup. That day, the sump pump system installation was scheduled. Brandon, Anthony, and Shane came to install the sump pump. They had contacted earlier to let me know when they would be here, so which I really appreciated. The old pump was removed and the new, state of the art sump pump system was installed in the larger hole that was made and it was cemented in. They had prepped the area to avoid an unnecessary mess and cleaned the area afterward. I appreciate how well IBA and employees communicate timely and appropriately. They explain in detail what they do and answer all questions. I have a great sense of peace of the mind knowing the basement is stable, safe, and will be protected from flooding
