Groundworks did an outstanding job leveling and sealing the cracks in my sidewalk and driveway. Greg P. and Brandon S. were professional, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. The results turned out exactly how I wanted and expected—everything looks solid and clean again. What impressed me most was how quickly they completed the job without sacrificing quality. Our crawl space project was just completed (stablizing/jacking floor system and encapsulating the crawl space for moisture control). When we requested an estimate, Jan was very responsive in getting this set up immediately. He worked through and explained the project well. The project was completed by Zach, Brandon, and Ethan. They were professional and answered our questions. They worked long days to get the project completed in a timely manner. They were very orderly and kept our place very clean and organized. Zach was very easy to get in touch with and kept us informed during the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the work and the customer service of this company.

We recently had Groundworks perform sidewalk leveling and crack repairs at both Valley View Estates (Byron, MN) and Valley High Apartments (Rochester, MN) and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept the work areas remarkably clean throughout the project. Several sections of our sidewalks had settled over time, leaving height differences of approximately 1.5–2 inches. Groundworks was able to lift and level those sections so they are now smooth, safe, and look great. A special thank you to Grant C. and Gabe P. for their outstanding work. They were friendly, professional, took the time to answer questions, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. It's always appreciated when a crew not only does excellent work but also leaves the job site clean and minimizes disruption. The repairs were completed much faster than I expected, with minimal disruption to our residents. The quality of the finished work exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend Groundworks to anyone needing sidewalk leveling or concrete crack repairs. Excellent experience from start to finish!

They were able to reuse the cement footings rather than pour new, which adjusted the price and saved us money. Very honest and trustworthy company. On 12/4/25 the Rush City crew was out for 2 days to remove pavers & a ramp from the garage then dig up floor to make a trench to install anchors to the back of the brick wall which was bowed. Each of the crew (Austin F., Andrew W., RJ, Brandon & Dakota) was friendly & the foreman gave us constant updates on arrival times, access to garage, etc. We would highly recommend them for future projects.
