I recently had Ground Work’s complete basement, waterproofing services in my home, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was absolutely outstanding. Gunner, Jose, Ezra, and Nick were extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I felt confident in the work being done. They were respectful of my home, kept the workspace clean, and were always friendly and professional. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. What impressed me the most was how detail oriented they were. They made sure everything was done correctly and didn’t cut any corners. Basement waterproofing is such an important investment, and having a team that truly cares about doing the job right gave me so much peace of mind. Bryce Jacovetti came out to our house today to inspect and assess an area of block wall that was a concern to us. He checked our garage floor and walls, walked the outside foundation, checked the inside lower level and main floors. He then set up a laser level and checked the main floor for level. It was all level to 1/4 “. Then Bryce took his laser to the wall that had the area of concern and checked that for plumb. That too was within 1/4 “. Bryce then gave his assessment and told me there was no cause for concern and did not meet a grade 1, lowest level of foundation movement. What a relief! My wife had a sleepless night or two, worrying about this. I can’t thank Bryce enough for coming out and Groundworks for being a great company! Would 100% recommend!

We engaged groundworks to install hydraulic piers under cracked and sagging garage floors. Our terrific install team of Marc and Brandon performed a detailed analysis after they arrived, including drilling and measuring our slab depths along the sinking wall. They determined that unfortunately our slab itself was variable in depth and not thick enough throughout to support the work of hydraulic piers. Instead they were able do foam injections throughout to both give 30-50% of the targeted lift and provide additional slab depth and support to prevent future cracking. It wasn't what we hoped, but they did a great job of explaining the limitations of our site and providing the best intervention possible, all at a greatly reduced cost! Thanks, Marc and Brandon!!

My team did an amazing job. Josh walked me through everything before they started to make sure we were on the same page. Travis, Brandon and Andrew broke up and carried out enough concrete to make my back ache. It was rainibg the day they started and water was starting to come in. The entire job was done in 2 days and Brady walked through with me at the end to make sure all was good. Even during the heavy rains my basement is dry. I am very happy!

We had Bryce Jacovetti out to our house as our inspector and would highly recommend using Innovative Basement and Bryce. He came out and did the most thorough job of anyone we called. I have not met someone as knowledgeable as Bryce in a long time. Strongly suggest calling Innovative and if you have structural problems no one will be able to figure it out like Bryce can!
