I have pooling water in my foundation walls in my basement along with white crystals forming on some concrete.
Vicinity of Forest Drive in Baxter, MN
24 x 30 garage needs to be lifted 3 to 5 inches
Vicinity of Camwood Trail in Baxter, MN
We've had some water issues with water seeping in through the concrete in our laundry room since mid-July. It started with a day when it rained heavily all day. Since then, it happens with every heavy rain. We also had some water problems in our basement bathroom since early spring and we thought it was an issue with the shower. We had it inspected by a plumber who found no leaks anywhere. Now I'm noticing wet grout on the tile in the bathroom again and just today realized the pad under the carpet downstairs is wet, starting at the south wall. I'm almost positive we have a crack (or worse) in the foundation. Through much trial and error and just plain investigating these issues I suddenly remembered hearing a VERY loud crack this past winter, like when the house settles, but this was like a gunshot. Putting everything together, I'm guessing this is exactly what we've got going on. Help!!!
