I had a huge void under my garage slab from an improperly installed downspout. I did a lot of research and got multiple bids. Innovative Basement Authority was miles ahead of the others! From start to finish it was a great experience. The office staff were great when I called. Chris Homuth came out to give an estimate. He hit every point my research said to look for, did a very thorough inspection of the problem and explained everything perfectly! On the day of my project Derek Staley and Isaiah McKeowen came out to do the work. They were quick, but thorough. They explained everything as they worked, were super friendly and down to earth. Other companies spent half the amount of time inspecting the job, did not explain most of the things IBA did and wanted to charge four times more! They also left my garage cleaner than I left it for them! I could not have been happier with my service!
