We had an excellent experience! Isaiah McKeown did our work which included leveling and caulking our sidewalk and repairing cracks and low spots on our garage floor. Isaiah is a perfectionist! Additionally, he is extremely capable, experienced, and professional. What I especially appreciated was Isaiah’s drive to satisfy his customer, which he not only did in my case, I believe it is his mission to do so everyday. One of the excellent features of Isaiah’s style is that he involves the customer as he moves through the various phases of the project. Explaining what he has done, expects to do, potential challenges, and options to successfully complete the work in alignment with the customers preferences and expectations. Isaiah is a great asset to his customers and to Innovative Basement Authority! Isaiah did 5 Star work with a 5 Star attitude!
