Adam came out and gave me a quote on repairing my basement. Personally, I am no expert on home repair, but Adam did an excellent job on breaking it down for me! Even broke out his Bob Ross side and used painters' tape to paint a picture of what the repair would look like. He was able to put me at ease and laugh throughout the experience. His professionalism and genuine caring attitude really helped me to feel better about a project I had been dreading. I can’t wait to get my basement fixed and excited to work with Innovative Basement Authority through this process.
