Setting up an appointment was super easy. They scheduled the appointment for a quote within a week of calling. Josh S was on time, super friendly, seemed very knowledgeable, told me what he thought was my issue and what I would need to get it fixed. He indicated that my foundation appeared just fine and provided very logical reasons why I was seeing the crack down the center seam of my elevated ceiling.
