We had IBA poly jack (the newer method of mud jacking) the concrete deck around our pool. If you've never had to go through this process for re-leveling, void filling, etc for a pool deck, let me tell you -- it's complicated and nerve racking. You absolutely need an experienced, detail focused and good listening team. I cannot overstate how well Mark and Brandon completed our project. There were a couple really tricky concrete slabs that I half expected it would be impossible to jack them back into a place - especially without damaging the pool. But Mark is nothing short of a wizard -- he took his time, explained everything, checked and rechecked, troubleshot as he went, and is truly an industrial artist. The drill bores are almost unnoticeable unless you know what you're looking for, and the poly jacking results exceeded my expectations. Brandon did an outstanding job assisting and cleaning up any excess poly. Keep up the excellent work guys -- great experience start to finish!
