CASE STUDIES

Piering in Clearbrook, MN

Wednesday, December 28th, 2016 by Danielle Wesbur

Challenge

Homeowners in Clearbrook, MN were noticing their foundation was settling. They knew it had settled quite a bit but they weren't sure to what extent. It wasn't soon after when cracks were beginning to form in the floor and walls. After cracks were beginning to form, they contacted Innovative for help.

Solution

Frustrated with their home, the homeowners wanted a permanent solution with their home only having been build 10 years ago. After a Certified Field Inspector was sent to the home, he was able to determine how much the home had settled and provide and engineered solution to their issue.

Through the use of hydraulics to install our piering system, our TEAM was successful in raising the home back to its original position. This is also a permanent solution and the homeowners will no longer have to worry about settlement.

Project Summary

Product: Push Pier

Certified Field Inspector: Jason Kratcha
