Eliminate water intrusion of the basement.
Customer had water issues in the basement mechanical room of the home. The affected area was directly under the outside front patio.
Upon arrival, Innovative Basement Authority performed an interior inspection and determined water was coming in from the top of the wall and running down onto the floor where the sump basket was not able to catch it.
Innovative then inspected the exterior of the home and was able to determine the front patio had settled and watershed was in turn, going back toward the foundation of the home. Recommendation was made for PolyRenewal and seal along the patio/foundation joint to divert watershed back away from the home.
TEAM Innovative lifted and leveled the affected areas before sealing the joint, which prevented any further water from entering the basement.
