This week was a busy one at the Innovative Basement Authority Pine City office. Employees from our Fargo office came down to Pine City to take part in a yearly two-day training program. The training took place on Thursday and Friday, and it covered many important components of the work Innovative Basement Authority does, from sales to installation to safety procedures.
Among the topics presented, one of the most crucial subjects was a reminder that the most important part of a salesperson or installer’s job is customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with every part of working with us, from the first meeting to the final walkthrough – both topics of conversation throughout the two-day training.
To go along with our dedication to customer satisfaction, a big portion of the training also revolved around making sure our installers properly install – and explain to the homeowner how to use and maintain – the products we offer. Our installers are prepared to adhere to exact specifications during product installations, test products like sump pumps for use before leaving the job site, and clean up any trash created by the work they do in your home. This is all so you can have the peace of mind you deserve before, during, and after a major project is completed in your home.
Safety is another thing Team Innovative does not take lightly. A major component of the training was reminding our installers of safety procedures they must adhere to on the job site. These procedures are intended to make sure every person working your home knows how to avoid accidents – and what to do in the unfortunate event that one occurs. You won’t have to worry about things going wrong when Innovative Basement Authority is at work in your home.
Everyone left the training more informed, more prepared, and a lot fuller thanks to our pizza and cake feast at the end of the training.
